This dissective plate demonstrates the myofascial connection between the bottom of the foot and the cranium.

There is a long fascial loop that connects the bottom of the foot to the sternocleidomastoids (SCM). Starts from the at the chevron combining the spleni with the sternal head of the SCM, traveling down the intercostals, gluteal fasciae, tensor fasciae latae (iliotibial band) into the two peroneals at the bottom of the foot.
